Create systems for parts purchase, parts tracking and parts sales. Manage Parts purchase for resale and for stock. Manage parts tracking for stock, repairs and sales. Manage sales of all aviation components. Manage accurate billing for clients in a timely manner. Coordinate and establish goals and timelines for team to accomplish benchmarks.
