Captain in Part 135 scheduled Ops in EMB135 aircraft. Pre-flight/post flight inspections and overwatch of flight operations, navigation, flight planning and communication; as well as passenger handling/relations and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.

BE-300 and Pilatus PC12 aircraft utilizing 9 seats. Perform pre-flight duties, passenger handling, in-flight duties and comply with all FAA regulations. Moved into jet aircraft.

Responsible for driver hiring, training and coordination for successful execution of daily schedules. Coordinated logistics for each customer while building relationships to exceed their expectations. Maintained and updated all driver logs, employee files, pre/post trip forms and managed drug & alcohol policies and procedures, as per the FDOT regulations. Developed the new hire orientation program and daily operating manuals for each coach type and implemented new monthly in-service training to streamline processes and create efficiencies.

Client liaison for Disney Orlando and our charter sales groups. On-site management of all charter buses for both major and smaller group events. Coordinated with Disney, FL DOT and Orlando PD and our drivers for routing, staging and any incidents involving our coaches. Maintained and developed company client relationships to ensure our service level exceeded expectations for continued service.

Owned and operated three trucks transporting goods across the nation using various types of trailers; tanker, flatbed, lowboy, dry box. Employed and supervised two full-time drivers. Responsible for payroll, dispatch, customer relations, maintenance, and keeping all supporting business documents up to date and in compliance per the Federal DOT.
