Club Chief Pilot & CFI (Part Time) • Provide oversight of Club CFI’s, Set Policy, maintain club regulations in accordance with FAA regulations • Conduct flight instruction in accordance with FAA Part 61 regulations to US personnel in Germany as part of the Morale Welfare & Recreation (MWR) program. • Maintain course outlines and flight training schedules for students. • Track and update training records of students ensuring training goals are met

• Performs the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events from the company through the Combined Joint Task Force level. • Provides analysis and design of simulation-supported military exercises providing subject matter expertise on the U.S. military exercise system. • Works with senior Government and industry leaders developing input for exercise design, planning, preparation, and after-action review of company through COCOM-level exercises.

• Pilot air cargo flights for a certified Part-135 air cargo carrier • Conduct aircraft pre-flight and post-flight operations. • Coordinate with clientele during off-schedule operations to ensure completion of contract obligations.

• Provided Private, Instrument, and Commercial pilot ground instruction. • Conducted primary flight instruction to initial Private Pilot students. • Developed and maintained course outlines and class schedules for students. • Maintained training records and ensured course objectives were met.

• Developed and executed Observer Controller duties assisting pre-deployment command staffs. • Provided leadership subject matter expertise to enhance the training for commanders & their staff. • Conducted exercise planning for unit leaders & mentoring of junior staff officers.

• Conducted regular operational and calendar reviews to ensure higher headquarters projects were assigned and benchmarks were met. • Ensured resource assignments, work allocation, training development and performance assessments were completed in a timely manner. • Conducted regular meetings with staff sections to discuss operational updates, ideas, and issues. • Provided exercise planning for unit leaders & mentoring of junior simulations officers.
