Airport Operations: (Lake Union) Serving as the primary line of communication to dispatch while simultaneously managing scheduling, passenger notification and communication, supervision of checkin, and aircraft dock placement. Management of pilots via radio and in person communications, boarding and timely turnaround procedure, handling of delays and cancellations, passenger logistics. Dispatch: (Kenmore Air Harbor) Daily & upcoming International flight planning, current and anticipated weather condition monitoring, providing aircraft flight following, optimization of flight loads inside of weight and balance profiles, ATC communication mgmt. Customer Service: (Lake Union/ Boeing Field) Providing excellent service to high profile passengers, operations staff & pilots. Managed logistics, transportation coordination and shuttling, line servicing of aircraft, problem solving and resolution, baggage handling, etc.

Transport Mission Pilot: Adhering to all FAA regulations & CAP wing policies, overseeing flight crew, comms w/ air traffic control, pre & post-flight checks, admin. docs, high standard of professionalism, moving personnel and equipment.
