Build Unit Load Devices with cargo, pallets, and company materials in an efficient and safe manner. Operations in Pushback tugs, Belt-loaders, Cargo-loaders, and Cargo tugs. Communicate with the pilot and dispatch in weight and balance calculations to provide safe flight. Exercise knowledge in ramp aviation regulations and company policies to provide a safe and legal operation.

Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway to ensure that they are entering or leaving their gate safely and on-time. Load, unload, sort as a baggage handler and appropriately transfer passenger baggage on the ramp, cargo/freight, and company materials. Use appropriate reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, calculate and collect any appropriate fees.
