Develop a student's ability to operate an aircraft while teaching the students how to perform maneuvers safely and effectively from standards found in the ACS. Ensure the safety of each flight operation is held to the standards of the companies SOP and help the student develop safe and effective Aeronautical Decision Making. Routinely examine students at different stages of their training to ensure that the student is performing to the standard of the ACS. Routinely assess flight instructors' proficiency in knowledge and flight skills during Part 141 Check Flight Assessments.

Designing a positive experience for approximately 5,000 guests from around the world to come and witness what Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch has to offer.
