Promoted to Senior Flight Coordinator based on strong operational performance, leadership, and reliability. Oversee daily coordination of Part 91 and Part 135 private jet operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of domestic and international flights. Manage aircraft scheduling, crew assignments, routing, fuel stops, and passenger accommodations while maintaining full FAA compliance. Serve as primary liaison between flight crews, maintenance, charter sales, FBOs, and clients to ensure seamless trip execution. Monitor crew legality, aircraft readiness, and schedule changes while proactively resolving operational issues in fast-paced environments. Coordinate private aircraft itineraries and all associated passenger and crew travel including commercial flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation. Build and optimize flight plans based on weather conditions, aircraft performance, passenger load, destination requirements, and client requests. Review and interpret METARS, TAFs, NOTAMS, and surface weather analysis charts to support safe operational planning. Release flights under the direction of the Director of Operations in accordance with FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. Track aircraft movement, crew duty/rest times, and maintenance positioning to support efficient fleet utilization. Maintain exceptional client service standards while managing multiple time-sensitive trips simultaneously.

Develop educational materials and deliver presentations regarding environmental programs to students and residents. Organize and staff city environmental program exhibits at public events. Assist with public outreach initiatives and resident engagement efforts. Coordinate informational resources to promote city sustainability and recycling initiatives. Collaborate with team members to support community education and program participation.
