Curated and sourced catering locally while preparing customized from scratch meals tailored to owner and guest preferences. Independently managed all cabin inventories, provisioning, and back-stock logistics to support operational readiness during continuous domestic and international flights. Coordinated complex airline commuting and travel logistics to support a highly mobile, owner-operated flight schedule. Partnered closely with flight crew to facilitate baggage and aircraft cargo handling, passenger logistics, and seamless trip execution. Maintained the highest standards of cabin presentation, consistency, discretion, and attention to detail while operating as the sole cabin crew member.

Managed 1 vacation home totaling 13,650 sq ft of interior space on Aspen's Northstar Preserve for an UHNW family. Managed a team of 3-8 seasonal full time and seasonal staff, including chefs, facilities managers, butlers, and housekeepers. Planned and executed events and parties, including a 200-person presidential donor event. Directed maintenance, construction, and capital projects while serving as the owner's representative for scope scheduling, communications, and budgets. Developed operational systems, inventories, SOP's, and internal controls to improve efficiency, organization, and service standards.

Managed 4 vacation homes totaling 20,000 sq ft of interior space in rural Aspen/Snowmass spread across 12.5 acres. Oversaw property operations, staff management, budgeting, inventories, vehicle fleet, vendors, and household infrastructure. Developed household management systems, manuals, calendars, maintenance schedules, and operating procedures. Coordinated family logistics, events, and projects across multiple residences, including St. Barthes, Los Angeles, and Oklahoma.

Managed the flow of flights and all interior maintenance for one family's 2 large cabin aircraft. Guest logistics and relations for all domestic and international flights, including catering, wine, and stock hold inventories. Management and facilitation of upgrades, and repairs of both the G450 and G650, including fabrics and surfaces. Budgeting and expense reports for all items necessary.

Professed from Junior Stewardess to Chief Stewardess aboard 50-80m private and charter vessels. Managed interior operations, service teams, inventories, guest relations, provisioning, and owner trips for UHNW clients.
