Led teams in efficiently loading/unloading aircraft, including a variety of Airbus, Boeing, ERJ and CRJ models. Applied aviation safety principles during ramp operations while providing customer-focused service, supporting efficient turnarounds and positive passenger experiences. Oversaw aircraft marshaling, loading, fueling coordination, and ground servicing while maintaining strict adherence to FAA and company safety regulations.

Oversaw the recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching and employee relations for 150 staff members. Led the Executive Protection Detail teams locally and internationally, providing security for celebrities and executive clients. Provided protective services in client-facing environments, ensuring seamless experiences through conflict de-escalation, anticipation of client needs, and service-oriented engagement.
