Solo operation on a Gulfstream 550 for a private owner. Plan catering for each flight through caterers and restaurants. Purchase and maintain all onboard amenities, dry stores and specific items for each family member. Plan, measure and source equipment for the new aircraft.

Adhere to strict protocols to ensure the confidentiality of the movements and privacy for heads of state, royalty and VVIP’s. Coordinate the service flow with a team of 5 Cabin Crew on the BBJ. Single operation onboard the Global 5000 and Learjet. Ensure SEP safety standards are followed and maintained. Onboard coaching and mentoring of cabin crew. Be available at short notice for last minute flight plans and to be flexible in the event of operation changes.

Provide exceptional First Class service. Ensure up to date knowledge on current Safety, Service and First Aid procedures. Full organization of the galley ensuring a seamless à la carte or buffet trolley service.
