Lead a team of five people to develop, review, and maintain the flight and maintenance training requirements for the AW609 tiltrotor aircraft. Serve as the lead instructor pilot to develop normal and abnormal operating procedures, and flight training manuals and materials. Responsible for over $15 million worth of equipment. Coordinate with the FAA regarding powered-lift rules, regulations, and procedures. Serve as a Part 142 Training Academy as an AW139 Training Center Instructor.
DHC-8 Contract Pilot in Command

Led a team of five aircrew in the DHC-8 to support Department of Defense (War) operations in western Africa. This included transportation of personnel, cargo, equipment, and hazardous material while strictly adhering to Part 135 regulations and company SOPs.
