Authorized by the local FSDO to administer verbal and flight assessments in accordance with Part 141 and ACS standards for Private Pilot SE Airplane Course, Instrument Airplane Course, and Commercial SE Airplane Course. Developed unique and challenging scenarios for students to work through to demonstrate knowledge of required items in the verbal assessment phase of testing. Designed efficient scenarios to demonstrate aeronautical skill in practical flight exam for private, instrument, and commercial applicants iaw with FAA ACS standards.

Prepared and organized lesson plans in accordance with FAA Part 141 guidelines. Train students how to fly in the Cessna 172R/S models within the PPL, IRA, CPL, CFI, and CFII courses. Recommended students for Part 141 Stage Check/EOC Check Flights and FAA Check rides with an 84% pass rate. Exercised and taught the importance of flight safety on the ground and in the air.

Inspect and Maintain automated sorting equipment, diagnosing faults and restoring systems to minimize downtime. Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and PLC-controlled conveyor sorting equipment improving throughput and reliability.

Performed maintenance, inspection, and repairs on Lockheed C-130 Hercules propulsion systems and related components. Led and supervised maintenance teams as a Staff Sergeant, ensuring tasks were completed safely, efficiently. Supported humanitarian and disaster relief missions during Operation Tomodachi, performing propulsion maintenance to sustain high-tempo flight operations. Contributed to annual Operation Christmas Drop missions, ensuring aircraft engine reliability for airdrop delivery of critical supplies to remote Pacific islands.
