Dwayne L. Gill II is an aviation professional, mentor, and leader with a lifelong passion for flight and service. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, he began his aviation journey while attending Dowling College, where he studied Liberal Arts and Aviation Management. Over the past decade, he has built a diverse career in the aviation industry, serving as a Delta Air Lines Flight Attendant, Certified Flight Instructor, Part 135 Pilatus PC-12 Captain, and most recently earning his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate. With more than 1,800 flight hours, including over 1,000 hours of turbine and Part 135 experience, I have developed expertise in IFR operations, flight instruction, and aviation safety. Beyond the cockpit, he is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of aviators through the Fly Compton Aerospace Foundation, where he volunteers as an instructor and speaker, helping introduce underserved youth to careers in aviation. Driven by a commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, and community service, I continue to pursue opportunities in commercial and corporate aviation while inspiring others to achieve their goals.
