Assist the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot ensure crewmembers are well prepared for domestic and international on demand operations. Coordinate crew schedules and organize checks to ensure aircraft meet operational standards for safety and compliance. Verify crewmember qualifications, documentation, training information. Prepare eAPIS crew member roster. Review and recommend edits to manuals based on current best practices, regulations, and safety data trends for both airplanes and rotorcraft. Provide ground instruction to pilots for initial and regular recurrent training. Prepare documents as requested by the Chief Pilot or Director of Safety.

Providing Upset and Spin Recovery Training and Tailwheel Training.

Coordinate with flight crew in adhering to the highest level of safety and efficiency in compliance with company SOP's. Exchange information, ideas and instructions in a timely manner. Effectively manage tasks to optimize overall performance. Incorporate relevant information, develop operational strategies, and choose the best course of action consistent with safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the aircraft. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and expectations.

Provide regular checking of pilots in training and instructors to ensure skill and knowledge development as well as program development and compliance.

Responsible for managing Safety Management System including safety policy, safety risk management, safety assurance, and safety promotion. Chair of the safety review board to recommend safety controls in response to safety reports. Developed internal automated safety report system capable of handling confidential reporting and ensuring notification to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Developed automated risk identification form for aircraft dispatch procedures.

Developed Flight Operations Manual and Standardized Digital Aircraft Checklists. Developed automated request and scheduling system for pilot and instructor checking. Ensured compliance with documentation requirements for 14 CFR Part 141. Approved by FAA Principal Operations Inspector and an Aviation Safety Inspector to conduct End-of-Course Tests for Part 141 flight training following a complete evaluation for approval. Scheduled over 20 instructors, 12 aircraft and over 120 students for recurring lessons while ensuring compliance with labor and employment rules for part-time, full-time, and foreign employees with labor limitations.

Provided flight instruction for private, instrument, and commercial pilot certification. Evaluated students and flight instructors per FAA regulations and procedures and ensured safety was prioritized throughout every flight event. Ensured student success by providing professional aviation instruction techniques, tailored instructional approaches to meet individual student needs, and added personal and professional mentorship.

Provided assistance to aircraft including fueling, servicing, and repositioning.

Assisted in payroll management, created a new training manual for new servers, bartenders, and bar backs, produced an inventory list for items used within the department, ensured banquets met the specifications of agreements.
