Provided liaison assistance for our network at KCVG. Worked with Flight control and crew scheduling to ensure aircraft and flight crews were ready on time. Aided pilots for equipment needs and operation changes.

Loaded/Unloaded aircraft. Operated different machinery such as tugs, belt loaders, and K-loaders. Worked with a team to accomplish efficient operations and on time performance.

Helped Process Assistants in making decisions for flights to mitigate delays. Transported/Loaded ULD’s (Containers). Load planner: Deciding where cans are loaded on planes (767) to maintain aircraft weight and balance. Communicating with Process Assistants to prevent delays with unusable or overweight cans. Gained ramp experience to visually observe what makes the loading process more efficient.
