Responsible for business development of CASS Aero/ADSI’s core competencies which include, but are not limited to; Air Refueling, Tactics, ISR/System Operations, Command and Control, Logistics, Maintenance, Ground Support, all aspects of Aircrew Training & Mission Qualification, ICAO procedures, Mission Integration and Strategic/Tactical Planning. Critical to helping Jet Zero win a $235 million contract to build a prototype aircraft for the US Air Force. Invited to and participated in the first Space Force National Strategy Session as part of a think tank at the Stimson Center. Delegate to EIS conference whose function is to protect the national power grid from all forms of attack or disaster.

Provides flight and ground instruction to aspiring pilots to meet required Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proficiency standards for Private Pilot, Commercial, Instrument, and Airline Transport Pilot certifications. Responsible for the professional development of junior instructors and the safety of flight operations.

Conducted A-300 Aircraft Type Rating evaluations and provided certification on behalf of the FAA. Designed and conducted an oxygen mask study, the results of which the FAA requested to be put into recurrent training.

Oversees the integration of technologies and procedures among business elements. Consultant to Department of Homeland Security on Cyber Security in Aviation which identified cyber threats to aircraft. Delegate to seven National Space Symposiums for the development and the integration of cyber & aerospace technologies.

Responsible for ferry flight operations of transport category aircraft for sale or brokering. Built training program for cadre of pilots, established operational procedures and wrote policy manual and checklists. Established procedures for dispatching, control, government certification and logistical support of international ferry flights.

Audit training programs & represent pilots at company hearings. Part of the Electronic Flight Bag Integration Team that enabled American Airlines to lead the way to paperless operations. Published, keynote speaker at the Airline & Aerospace Flight Operations IT Conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Spoke at Aviation Maintenance and Overhaul Conference and delegate to 12 ARINC and AEEC conferences worldwide. Delegate to ALPA/FAA Conference which studied the flight control problems of the Air France Flight 447 accident. Delegate to World Aviation Training Summit (Worldwide training conference for major airlines).

Headed Red Cell for Industrial Control Systems Security Course conducted by DHS at the Idaho National Laboratory. During the final laboratory exercise, mapped opponent’s entire network in 5 minutes illustrating criticality of cyber security.

Served in all flying positions on both domestic and international routes. Trained and evaluated check airmen, captains and first officers for initial qualification and annual recurrent training events. Member of the American Airline’s Quick Response Accident Investigation Team.

Researched, wrote and implemented changes to American Airlines A-300 Fleet operating procedures and manuals. Ensured training program standards were applied uniformly. Developed emergency procedures scenarios for recurrent training programs to ensure operational safety. Developed courseware for flight training programs, instructional guides and syllabi.

Initiated Reserve Cyber Force development which integrated cyber professionals into Air Force mission sets and worked extensively on distribution of Command and Control during contingency operations. Coordinated policy between the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies during Cyber Command stand up. Developed plan to employ cyber experts from the civilian sector to fill experience gap of the new US Cyber Command. Provided technical assistance to Strategic Command’s J5 staff as they wrote the Space Posture Review, a key element of the National Space Protection Strategy.

Responsible for the tracking of all air operations and flying assets in Iraq and Afghanistan. Enhanced the speed and accuracy of combat communications and force data while operating in theater. Provided analysis of theater environment and asset issues essential to the commander’s decision matrix. Ensured that all commanders and agencies involved with the war effort had timely and accurate operational data.

Responsible for 26 officers who covered over 1100 schools and processed 250 applicants annually. Orchestrated recruiting events at Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Close Air Support for Army troops in enemy contact. Responsible for training crews and assigning ordinance to specific mission sets.

Commanded heavy airlift missions around the world with crews of up to 22 crewmembers. Developed contingency procedures for war orders, terrorist attacks & natural disasters.

Global Strategic Nuclear Strike Operations. Member of the Harpoon Missile Test Team that completed the first successful launch from a B-52.

Provided initial flight instruction to US Air Force Academy cadets. Evaluated their performance to determine if they would proceed to US Air Force Undergraduate Pilot Training. Lead investigator of an incident involving a mid-air collision.
