Delivered avionics and integrated systems updated instruction to 300+ clients/customers; known issues with flight management systems (FMS) and avionics presented via service bulletins/recalls/updates. Lead aviation product trainer in pursuit of opportunities to refine and expand sales of training programs and products to better support customers and the aviation community, as well as broaden customer reach and enhance Garmin Aviation efforts. Served as a singular Garmin sales representative for Garmin solid state/magnetron weather radar system/products at Textron Aviation Exhibition, delivered 3 seminars to 250 customers. Led Garmin GTN 650/750 product sales and marketing for a 3-day tradeshow in Vero Beach, FL, leading instructor for GTN classroom presentation to 55 customers. Earned outstanding performer award during HQ level inspection for leading the completion of 47K semester training events, reducing waivers and extensions by 65%. Led and instructed aircrew qualification, re-qualification, upgrade and corrective action training of 450 personnel directly; reduced training time from 180 days to 90 days; developed and authored executive level directives governing training policies. Orchestrated valuable in-flight data capture for the first ever KC-135 Boom Operator Weapons System Trainer (BOWST) development program with CymStar valued at $10M, completed months ahead of schedule. Identified deficiencies as a tanker aircraft efficiency expert in the Air and Space Operations Command (AOC) in Qatar; analyzed effectiveness/efficiency of 67,000 sorties that aerial refueled 400 million pounds of fuel to 31,700 aircraft in 120 days; used the 120 day model and devised a critical software upgrade to capture data essential to identifying excess fuel which saved $11.9M.

Provided Presidential protection support in Romania, Alaska, Washington D.C., and Florida by being specifically picked to fly missions providing close air support directly overhead of the President. Orchestrated 80th birthday exhibit for the base. Chief of Scheduling; direct supervisor for 11 personnel, responsible for production, execution and policy development of ground and flying schedule for 2 units. Record setter of 10,000 flying hour program by completing all required scheduling events at 9,968 flying hours utilizing 1700 aircraft sorties. Chief Mission Development Officer; officer in charge of lead wing agency consisting of 8 personnel responsible for planning, coordinating, launching, and executing extensive European/African higher headquarters missions involving diplomatic clearance coordination, security, weapons and other related mission items.
