Mentored 12 junior instructors on all aspects of flight training, professional and personal development, and career paths moving forward. Performed over 30 stage checks - critical oversight process which ensures pilot students meet the requirements of training and examinations. Graduated 10 students, all of them proceeded to the checkride and received their pilot licenses.

In charge of complete oversight, maintenance and repair, and deployment of six USCG Response Boat Smalls and their support equipment, 12 government vehicles, and all facilities associated with this unit.

Served as a lead LEO on several highly complex missions involving seizure of assets and investigations leading to arrests. Served on several high-profile search and rescue missions the lead to successful rescue of mariners and swimmers in highly dynamic environments off the coast of Alabama and Florida. Promoted to mid-grade engineer, stepped into the role of Chief Engineer, position normally reserved for personnel two paygrades above own. Executed complex dockside and dry dock repairs totalling over $3,000,000. Received several personal awards for efforts and contributions to successful operations of this unit.
