Flew as single pilot, utilizing TEM skills to safely conduct low level operations (800 – 1,000 feet AGL) under FAR Part 91. Studied weather reports, utilizing clear go/no-go decision criteria to facilitate safe outcomes in rapidly changing conditions. Completed visual inspections of up to 800 miles of pipeline/day, documenting unauthorized activity, anomalies, and leaks. Utilized multiple software/flight planning tools such as Foreflight and Google Earth to accurately report anomaly locations. Coordinated with maintenance personnel to schedule required service/inspections with minimal flight schedule disruptions.
