My responsibilities as the assistant manager are to deliver quality customer service, assist in employee management, representative at local career days, coordinate maintenance for our fleet, assist in student and aircraft scheduling and dispatch, assist financially with billing invoices and collecting payments, organize and lead team meetings for our instructors and staff, maintain logs, currency, and quality of aircraft fleet & ferry aircraft, etc
