Developed lesson plans, and conducted ground school training on topics that included aircraft systems, emergency procedures, weather analysis, and aviation regulations. Facilitated post-flight debriefings, highlighting areas for improvement and reviewing student performance. Developed a structured course outline for students training under Part 61 to improve progression in flight training.
