Perform domestic and international charter flight operations per FAA 14 CFR Part 135 regulations in Challenger 604/605 Aircraft with Proline 4/21 and Fusion Avionics.

Ensure safe and timely corporate shuttle flight operations per FAA 14 CFR Part 125 Regulations. Synchronize efforts to plan and resource overseas contracts including relationship management with foreign ministries and civil aviation regulators.

Conduct daily flight operations with Special Operations units IAW FAA, DoD and ICAO regulations on Proline 21 aircraft in international locations. Train and evaluate new company pilots to operate IAW USSOCOM, DoD, ICAO and FAA policies.

Supervise a cohesive management team supporting a 1400 person workforce. Manage budget and aviation maintenance program for over 53 manned and unmanned aircraft conducting over 90,000 flight hours per year. Oversaw program management and in-country supervision of 35 prime contracts for a complex organization supporting over 10 aviation programs.
