Manage all day-to-day flight school operations for Broward College Aviation Program including interacting and coordinating with Broward College administrators. Manage group of 10-15 flight instructors and approximately 100 flight students. Check Airman and Flight Instructor. Part 142

Supervise and engage in all aspects of ramp operations, including aircraft safety, security, baggage loading/unloading, aircraft push back and tow. Manage large group of customer service agents and provide excellent customer service to Spirit passengers during ticketing and check in, security, boarding, delays, and cancellations.

Provide safe and effective flight instruction for students of all backgrounds. Teach and adhere to airline style SOPs for aircraft operations. Check Airman for intermediate stage checks.
