Provide flight instruction to primary and instrument students pursuing Private Pilot and Instrument Rating certificates, with additional focus on complex and high-performance endorsements. Instruct under both Part 61 and Part 141 training environments within a structured, safety-first academy setting. -Conduct primary flight training for Private Pilot certificate candidates with emphasis on aeronautical decision making, risk management, and FAA standards -Deliver instrument flight instruction preparing students for the FAA Instrument Rating practical exam Administer complex and high-performance aircraft endorsements -Develop individualized training plans under Part 61 and standardized syllabus-driven curriculum under Part 141 -Track student progress, maintain accurate training records, and ensure compliance with FAA training requirements -Operate regularly in Class B and Class C airspace environments in the San Francisco Bay Area
