Conducting audits and ensuring metrics are met to standards according to the Ground Operations Manual and Company procedures. Managing the Station Command Center operations and staffing, especially during irregular operations. Conducting daily briefings with all Team Leaders, discussing our daily performance metrics, accomplishments, and areas of improvement. Ensuring Safety at the forefront of all station Employees and Company assets. Oversight and supervision of all Supervisors and Agents within the assigned area. Friendly service to and maintaining a positive relationship with all internal and external Customers. Assist in training, development, and coaching of new hire Supervisors and Agents.
