Monique Larratt

As a flight attendant for American Airlines, I’m responsible for making sure passengers are safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the entire flight. Before takeoff, I help prepare the cabin, check all safety equipment, and assist passengers as they board and get settled. During the flight, I perform safety demonstrations, enforce regulations, and stay alert for any issues, including handling emergencies or medical situations if they arise. I also provide customer service by serving food and drinks, answering questions, and helping passengers feel at ease. After landing, I assist with a safe and organized deplaning process and make sure everything in the cabin is secure. My role is really about balancing safety and service while staying calm, professional, and adaptable in any situation.
