Achieved an 86.4% operational readiness rate on a fleet of 31 aircraft. Created an Aviation Maintenance Training Program, resulting in the enhanced proficiency of 128 aircraft maintainers. Conduct training and evaluations on 9 maintenance test pilots, to include recurrent proficiency line checks and no-notice exams. Perform return to service flights, conducting operational checks on systems, flight controls, and track & balance handling.

Oversaw 20 maintainers/15 helicopters & associated equipment operated by the 3-2 General Support Aviation Battalion. Ensured the operational integrity/mission readiness of the only full-time medical evacuation unit serving the Korean peninsula. Launched with 10 minutes of receiving medevac calls, expeditiously transporting patients to critical care and trauma centers. Coordinated with flight medics and nurses to determine the most appropriate medical facility/level of care for critical patients.

Served on behalf of the 3-82 General Support Aviation Battalion. Completed a 4-month deployment to Afghanistan (2014). Planned and executed flight missions comprised of VIP transport, combat troop insertions, and external load operations. Flew 190 hours in combat zones, providing coordinated mission support to special forces and air assault teams. As the Aviation Life Support Equipment Officer, ensured all pilot/crew chief equipment received required service/inspections.

Provided medevac services on behalf of the 3-2 General Support Aviation Battalion, stationed at Camp Humphreys, Korea. Executed emergency rescue and medical evacuation flights for U.S. service members/family and Korean military personnel.

Completed the Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) Training.

Developed lead generation through direct recruiting and marketing efforts. Managed a candidate pool of over 100 recruits and future soldiers. Consistently performed as the top-producing recruiter in the top-producing recruiting station in the Southeast United States.

Performed duties as an M1128 Mobile Gun System Tank Commander. Deployed to combat operations in Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Led over 200 combat missions. As a member of a weapons platoon, defeated the extremist group Jaysh Al-Rashadeen and restored peace to the citizens of Mushada, Iraq.
