• Plans flight assignments and obtains briefing information regarding purpose of the flight, weather, operating procedures and special instructions. • Utilizes the GOM in determining weather minimums to accept a flight assignment. • Complies with all FAA Regulations, The GOM, SMS manual, training manual and all other Sterling Air policies and procedures. • Supervises and assists loading and distribution of cargo and passengers and determines that weight and balance is within prescribed limitations per the aircraft weight and balance procedures.

• Marshaling and towing aircraft on the ramp and in hangars, ensuring safe movement and positioning • Provide fueling, lavatory services, ground power units, and any other needs for arriving and departing aircraft • Adapt to different challenges throughout the day such as weather, mechanical problems with equipment, and volume of traffic

• Responsible for creating flight plans, fuel planning, and conducting preflight checks prior to each departure • Performed solo aerial inspections to check for damage or leaks to oil production fields and pipelines • Conducted solo operations for high-level methane detection work in the states of Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico • Filed paperwork for leaks or damage found on flight routes • Maintained communication with operations teams and customers regarding flight reporting • Flying between 500-700 feet AGL for visual Inspections • Flying between 6000-11,500 MSL for high-level methane detection
