● Serve as flight crew on company aircraft, transporting executives and workers between facilities. Assisting as directed with the departmental relocation occurring this year. ● Maintain and update all documentation in the department’s WebManuals account.

● Provided travel services for the company owner and family in addition to normal corporate business travel. VIP customer service included assisting distinguished passengers and guests with any requirements and requests. Maintained direct correspondence with passengers throughout their trip sequences in order to accommodate any change in circumstances. ● At various times, ground responsibilities included onboarding and training processes of new pilots, Captain Role training of current pilots, checklist development and revision, FOM editing, and Safety Manager duties. ● International operations have included France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, England, Scotland, Portugal, Mexico, and the Bahamas. ● Job classification: Senior International Trip Captain / Safety Manager.

● Primarily transported company executives and guests on business and leisure trips. Occasionally carried the owner and family for personal travel. ● Fulfilled SIC duties whenever the company owner or CEO was onboard due to insurance requirements. Acted as PIC on most other flights. ● Responsible for aircraft cleanliness & appearance, pre- & post-flight checks, luggage and passenger loading & unloading, and any required onboard supply restocking.

● Flight responsibilities included Fire Patrol & Detection, storm damage mapping, deforestation surveys, Air Attack (Air Tanker/Ground Crew Coordination), personnel transport, maintenance, & seasonal pilot training flights. Piloted various Single & Multi-engine piston aircraft. ● Ground duties included flight scheduling & records keeping, assisting with off-season maintenance, Wildland Firefighter fitness Test administration, and random Alcohol Testing.
