Manager Flight Operations & Training for [redacted] (Bahrain) Our requirements: • Minimum 2 years work experience in Aviation • Experience in Management • Thorough knowledge of International and National Civil Aviation Legislation. • Hands on approach and result orientated personality in a multi-cultural work environment Job Aim • To design and implement operation manuals in the company • To liaise with Managers and Staff throughout the organization to ensure proper functioning of the systems. • Demonstrable and measured continuous improvement in flight operation and training systems (Identification, Assessment and Implementation). • To monitor and advise on how the defined system is performing and internally • Risk analysis and recommendation – technical, flight operations and commercial. • Monitoring the required standards are being met • Oversees the recruitment, training & development and scheduling of pilots • Establishes strategies and manage budget to optimise operations cost • Providing appropriate reports to the Accountable Manager and senior management • Managing the Mandatory Reporting processes • Managing the training records and files • Acting as a focal point for flight operations matters with the BCAA and appropriate authorities • To monitor and advise on how the defined system is performing and internally • Monitoring the required standards are being met We offer: A challenging position in Bahrain for anyone who is interested and looks for opportunities to redesign an organization.
