Role and Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of pilot normal, abnormal and emergency ground training on behalf of the Manager training services. Also consist of delivery of pilot ground training capacity according to client’s standards, productivity and customers\' requirements. Candidate Specifications: CAAC ATPL desired but not required Gulfstream GV or Turbojet experience desired English Fluency Minimum ICAO level 4 Minimum Mandarin Fluency Instructor background highly desired but not mandatory Must have the right to work and live in The People’s Republic of China Able to relocate if required Must have basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and other internet-based programs Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused mind set Excellent teaching and communication skills Ability to adapt style to global client base
