Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceeding our customers’ expectations at every opportunity
Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner

Requirements
Minimum age of 18
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with a pass (Grade C OR 9-4) in English
Entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom unrestricted
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one of the following additional languages: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean or Thai
Proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe
Previous experience in airline, hospitality or service industry is an advantage
As this position is safety-sensitive, successful candidates are required to meet the following criteria:
Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check
Successfully complete a Police Act Disclosure Application in accordance with legislation controlling access to restricted zones at the airports. This is in addition to references from previous employers.
Demonstrate physical fitness by passing a pre-employment medical assessment
Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for Screening of Psychoactive Substances (CAD373).
Exemption from English Assessment is available for candidates with either of the following:
TOEIC® (Public Test): A valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening
IELTS (Academic): A valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above
