Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an ATP-rated Multi Engine Seaplane Pilot based in St. Croix, USVI. The pilot will operate Twin Otter aircraft, primarily for inter-island and Caribbean routes, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. Responsibilities include performing pre-flight and post-flight checks, adhering to FAA regulations, supporting ground operations when required, and collaborating with crew members to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a multi-engine seaplane rating
Thorough understanding of FAA regulations and compliance standards
Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with crew and staff
Minimum total flight hours and seaplane experience as per airline requirements
Experience flying Twin Otter aircraft or comparable equipment is preferred
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and providing outstanding customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules and varying weather conditions
