The Base Manager Flight Deck reports to Director Flight Deck and will be part of our European Base Manager Team.
This role is located at our crew room in Oslo airport.

You will be responsible for
Your group of pilots at your base
Delivery and follow up on communication of policies, guidelines, and information
Process and procedure development
Compliance with agreed contracted activities
Actively engage with the team to achieve delivery of Crew Management KPI`s and systematic working environment goals
Mentor, inspire and motivate the Pilot team through visible leadership
Involvement in recruitment processes and onboarding
Monitor individual performance and feedback
Follow up on trends and threats for mitigation
Your Qualifications
Higher educational background
Documented management experience
Process management skills
Understanding of Safety Management System
Advantage if you have knowledge of and experience from aviation including as crew
Excellent leadership and teamwork capabilities, including networking, team building, people relations and people management
Knowledge of working acts & HR processes
Fluency in both Norwegian and English
