Position profile

In this role, you will safely operate Challenger 604/605/650 aircraft while complying with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. You will provide impeccable customer service and represent [redacted]’s brand while interacting and communicating with clients, crew, officials, and other stakeholders. Qualifications and skills:

• Customer focused and excellent communication skills.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate in a professional manner with flight crew, airport personnel and employees.

• Knowledgeable of Aviation Regulations and established aviation practices and techniques.

• Command strong situational awareness, superior crew resource management, and can maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

• Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to make decisions and resolve problems effectively

Requirements:

• A valid type rating on the Challenger 604/605/650 aircraft is required.

• A current Transport Canada ATP licence and Transport Canada Class One medical is required.

• A personal and aviation record that is free from any convictions is a must.

• Must be currently based in and legally allowed to work in Canada.
