We operate a diverse fleet of corporate jet aircraft under FAR Parts 91 and 135. We require individuals committed to the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, professionalism, and exceptional customer service, acting as key ambassadors for the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Pilot, the PIC holds full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft according to FARs and company procedures.
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:
FAA ATP Certificate (Required)
Challenger 300 Type Rating (Required)
3,000 hours Total Flight Time (Required)
150 hours' Time-in-Type (Challenger 300) (Required)
500 hours Multi-engine Time (Preferred)
500 hours Turbine Time (Preferred)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Manage duty, flight, and rest periods in compliance with company policies and CFRs.
Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and crew.
Proficiently manage Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) systems.
Ensure currency of all required navigation charts, publications, and manuals.
Exercise sound judgment and proactive decision-making in all flight phases.
Uphold company values and deliver superior service to clientele.
Additional Requirements:
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Valid U.S. Driver's License.
Current Passport with unrestricted ability for international travel (Canada/Caribbean).
Ability to pass pre-employment/random drug screens and FAA PRD review.
Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules may be 10 days on/5 days off or 14 days on/7 days off.
Ability to move items up to 50 lbs frequently.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
