Description
We are looking for a Pilot-In-Command and Second-In-Command for a single-owner Ohio based Citation Latitude. This aircraft flies on a three-pilot account approximately 270 hours per year. Most of the flying is in the continental US, and occasionally neighboring countries. While it is expected that the PIC live within 2 hours of the home base, short-notice flights are very uncommon. Many flights are known weeks in advance and change little. Additionally, all three pilots are able develop and adjust the schedule as best suits their needs while continually providing for aircraft flight coverage. This essentially gives each pilot the ability to plan for every third week off.
All pilots are provided with all the tools needed to successfully and enjoyably complete their job. This Latitude is well maintained, cleaned professionally on a regular basis, and fully equipped. Training is conducted every 6 months at FSI. With regard to pay, we do recognize that “industry standard” is hard to determine in recent times. We are doing our best to either meet or exceed industry standard salary and benefits.
Requirements
The expectations of the PIC and SIC are common to all corporate piloting roles. While flying the aircraft is primary, there is also a need to help with basic cleaning, stocking, and securing of the aircraft. Additionally, the pilot should be someone for whom safety and customer service are of highest importance. While a 680A type rating is preferred, we are currently considering all pilot applicants based on their professional skills, qualifications, customer service abilities and willingness to relocate.
