Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hamilton, Bermuda, for Embraer Ejet Pilots. Pilots will be responsible for operating Embraer E-jets safely and efficiently in compliance with all aviation regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include pre-flight and post-flight duties, managing flight operations, collaborating with the flight crew, and ensuring passenger safety and comfort. This role also involves route planning, maintaining thorough communication with air traffic control, and responding to in-flight situations with a customer-focused approach. Pilots are expected to represent [Company]'s commitment to exceptional service and embody the welcoming and professional spirit of Bermuda.
Qualifications
Pilot-specific skills, including a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Embraer Ejet type rating, and a thorough understanding of aviation regulations and procedures
Strong decision-making, situational awareness, and problem-solving abilities during both routine and unusual circumstances
Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with flight crew, air traffic control, and passengers
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service excellence
Minimum required flight hours as per civil aviation regulations
Flexibility to live and work in Hamilton, Bermuda
Certification in medical fitness as required by aviation oversight authorities
Leadership experience and knowledge of international flight operations are advantageous
