Role Overview:
As a [Company] Charter Sales Specialist you will grow revenue from wholesale, on demand, aircraft charter sales and maximize fleet capacity.. You must have outstanding prospecting skills, premier customer relationship building and a high energy level.
Position Overview:
Provide prompt and accurate quoting using company operating software such as Schedaero with a move knowledge of Flexx.
Manage complete sales cycle of a charter flight from quoting, profit analysis, procurement, and all client services functions.
Continue to foster wholesale and retail client relationships.
Must be able to think geographically and maximize fleet opportunities while transient and away from base.
Match potential trips together and fill all aircraft one-way opportunities.
Meet Revenue goals and maximize aircraft capacity utilization.
Present aircraft trip P&l’s to aircraft owners and secure the trip.
Represent [Company] at Industry Events and seek face to face opportunities with existing and prospective charter clients.
Foster & develop relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new business.
Strong proficiency on MS office
Position Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of charter sales experience is required.
5 years experience preferred.
Be willing to carry a mobile phone or other similar communications & be accessible 24/7; as needed.
Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
Have a high energy attitude and ability to approach new tasks with creativity and energy.
Sales closing ability, methodology and discipline.
Excellent phone demeanor, with ability to set priorities.
Must possess effective communication, organization, presentation, & administrative skills.
Ability to multi-task, collect & analyze data, define problems, establish facts & draw valid conclusions in a timely manner.
Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
A working knowledge of aircraft operations, regulations, and support.
An Aviation business or operational background is strongly preferred, including the ability to administer and oversee high-dollar value contracts.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality.
Must be willing to travel as directed by management in efforts to promote company goodwill & generate business.
Additional Information:
Must be willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ, or demonstrate capability to work remotely effectively.
Ideally looking for candidates in PST or MST time zones.
