Description
To apply, please send a brief introduction in your resume or a cover letter, tell us a bit about yourself and specify clearly whether you are applying for the PIC or the SIC position.
Looking for an experienced and energetic PIC/SIC to join our team of 3 pilots. We are a KFLL based Legacy 600 operating both 91 & 135 flights. We are looking for someone who fits in with our current culture, and who demonstrates a positive team mindset with regards to all aspects of the operation. We work closely with the 135 certificate holder to provide a safe, secure, and efficient program for both the owners and charter clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting Part 91/135 charter flights in accordance with the operators GOM and Ops Specs & FAA regulation, providing first class customer service to all passengers, communicating effectively with the lead pilot and charter operator, actively participating in all trainings and safety management systems, and assisting with the organization of the overall operation of the aircraft.
The schedule varies throughout the year, but on average thus far in 2022 each pilot has flown 7 days/month with 8 nights away from base. We work as a team each month to create a schedule where each pilot has 10 hard days off (usually taken in one consecutive block of time). If we can all be reasonable humans who work as a team, we’ve found it’s easy to keep everyone happy.
