You won’t do it alone: Success depends on collaboration, with Crew Schedulers relying on clear communication and teamwork to navigate complex logistics.
Key duties
Act as the primary point of contact for cabin crew, supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.
Schedule flight attendants in compliance with the CUPE collective agreement.
Analyze and resolve scheduling irregularities efficiently.
Prepare and optimize the next day's operations.
Interpret and adhere to the CUPE collective agreement to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent;
Solid decision-making ability in high pressure situations;
An effective multi-tasker;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Attention to details – Demonstrated ability to monitor flight attendants' schedules and make corrections when needed;
Good computer skills; Amadeus or industry software is an asset;
Airline experience is an asset;
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
Candidates must be available for shift work in a 24/7 operational environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays;
Must successfully complete and pass a mandatory full-time, paid 3 month training program to maintain employment;
