Ground School Period:RMB 12000/M ($1880/Month) + $200/Day
Line Training Period: RMB12000/M ($1880/Month) + $300/Day
Captain period:
Basic Salary: RMB12000/M ($1880/Month)
Basic Hourly Flying Pay: $230/H+ Extra Hourly Flying Pay
Safety Bonus: $25/H
Layover Allowance+ Financial Performance Bonus+ Seating Allowance+ Quarantine Allowance
Benefit: 5 free tickets+ 5 ID 75 tickets per year (flights operated by Xiamen Airlines) for Employee and his immediate family
