Embark on an exhilarating journey with us! We are looking for a skilled pilot to join our team. The responsibilities include ensuring safe and efficient flight operations, adhering to all regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
The purpose of this job is to ensure safety of flight including serving as the final authority as to aircraft airworthiness, go/no-go decisions, and safe conduct of the airplane in flight.
Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) of our Falcon 2000 EASy jet flying assigned trips and ensure safety of aircraft, passengers, crew, and cargo
Liaise with scheduling team to receive duty assignments and review trip details and requirements
Complete flight planning for assigned trips including determination of routes, altitudes, approaches, and amount of fuel levels required
Perform aircraft performance calculations and weight and balance calculations
Conduct aircraft preflight inspection and preparation
Obtain and review weather briefings and review Notices to Airmen
Complete initial and recurrent aircraft specific training at least annually as required by regulations, plus other non-aircraft specific training
Call ahead to Airport Fixed Base Operations to verify passenger and aircraft service arrangements are met and available
Serve as safety officer, training officer, security officer, international operations officer or aircraft crew chief as assigned and as necessary
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or related field preferred
Falcon 2000 EASy type rating required
Minimum 3000 total flight hours required
Minimum 1500 hours as PIC of multi-engine airplanes required
Minimum 1000 hours in turbine powered airplanes required
Minimum 500 hours in type to be flown required
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate category and class rating (Airplane, Multi-Engine, Land)
FAA Medical Certificate (Class I) required
FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit
FAA Type rating in appropriate aircraft
