Responsible for scheduling process with Instructors, simulator companies, Federal Aviation Administration, Pilots and Flight Operations Leadership. Coordinate with Flight Operations Training Managers and Supervisors to determine monthly training requirements. Coordinate simulator training sessions Coordinate and establish pilot training coordinator schedules Project training needs in terms of simulators and instructors quarterly and yearly Create reports as necessary in Excel and other programs. Other duties as assigned by Senior Manager Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED 1 year minimum Pilot Training experience Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams Proficient use of Crew Scheduling software and all partner and hotel reservation system Ability to learn all pilot training software. Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Self-motivated, team player.
