[Company] is an On-Demand Commecial Charter Operator based at KPTK. We currently operate 3 Citation Excel’s and a King Air B200.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Pilot role located in Waterford, MI. The Chief Pilot will oversee daily flight operations, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and manage and train the pilot team. Responsibilities include developing operational policies, supervising aircraft maintenance schedules, coordinating pilot assignments, and conducting safety protocol reviews. Additionally, the Chief Pilot will liaise with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aviation operations, flight scheduling, and regulatory compliance

• Proficiency in team management, training programs, and leadership skills

• Strong understanding of safety procedures, risk assessment, and emergency protocols

• Certification(s) and licenses as per FAA or equivalent aviation authority requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Proven expertise in aircraft systems, maintenance oversight, and operational troubleshooting

• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Familiarity with advanced aviation technologies and industry trends is a plus

• 3 of the last 6 years as a PIC

• Experience in the CE-560XL
