Fly Exclusive is the seventh largest and growing private charter jet company in the Country. We are currently have 51 aircraft on certificate. We are currently seeking experienced Pilots for our CE-560XL positions. Updated Schedule and Compensation due to Covid-19 This is a truly Home Based position. We are currently running a 15/13 schedule only. We have suspended overtime and bonus programs at this time due to the Coronavirus. Pay is based on a daily rate. We are currently paying Excel Captains $433 per duty day plus per diem. These changes will be in place through at least September 2020. To the employee directly, we will provide full company paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. We do also offer Family Plans for our medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional insurance provided is basic life and AD&D policies, cancer policies and AFLAC group insurance. We cover the cost of your travel, 1st class medical, and uniforms and electronic flight bag. Responsibilities Safe and efficient flight operations for domestic trip assignments operating under Part 135 regulations while maintaining a high level of customer service. Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times. Greeting of passengers, assistance with passenger seating, and luggage storage Conduct passenger briefings and respond to passenger requests/needs Adhere to the duties and responsibilities stated in all company procedures manuals. Maintain a current first class medical certificate as required by policy and notify the company if a medical (physical or mental) condition may impair the ability to perform flight duties. Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135. Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, & other international flight operations regulations Strong organizational skills & advanced multi-tasking abilities Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email and web-based and/or mobile device applications Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere Present a well-groomed appearance at all times adhering to company standards Qualifications Qualifications Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements. Applicants who do not meet ALL of these minimum requirements at the time of application will not be considered.
