• Strong service mindset and attention to detail

• Professional, discreet, and client-focused

• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic schedules

• High standards in hospitality and presentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium onboard service to VIP clients

• Manage cabin preparation, catering coordination, and onboard inventory

• Ensure safety procedures and passenger briefings

• Maintain exceptional cabin standards throughout the flight

Education / Training

• Business Aviation Flight Attendant training preferred

• Safety & Emergency Procedures and First Aid certification

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years in business aviation preferred

• Experience with VIP / UHNW clientele is highly valued

• Experience on Gulfstream G550 or similar long-range aircraft types is highly valued.

Requirements

• Fluent English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)

• Europe-based (Madrid preferred)

• Ability to obtain US, Canada and India visas

• Flexible availability for international operations
