Seeking qualified Citation 500 typed pilot. Past part 135 experience a plus. Based in Waterford Michigan. Our pilots are usually home in the evenings and work about 150 days per year, although there are some overnights, the majority of trips return the same day. This is a full time position flying for charter clients and aircraft owners. Very few last minute trips, we usually know details a few days out. We have a safety management system and an ASAP reporting program in place. We have printed SOPs so all pilots know what to expect from each other. We are not so rigid as to not allow some individual differences, but all pilots adhere to the basic SOPs and checklists. This ties directly into our Safety program. We train both in simulators and in the aircraft using the best of each program to develop a well rounded crewmember. Although we are currently looking for a full time pilot, we do use contract pilots to provide time off for our full time pilots, All pilots operate under our 135 program and maintain part 135 qualifications. The perfect candidate will be someone with a customer service focus, helpful team spirit willing to assist fellow employees to achieve a high level of service and job satisfaction.
