[redacted] is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and hard-working Hawker 400XP PIC. The Pilot in Command (PIC) reports directly to the Chief Pilot. The PIC prepares and ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. The Candidate should have extensive knowledge of flight operations, FAA regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, aircraft flight manuals and other technical data appropriate to aircraft operations. The Ideal candidate would have experience in planning and managing the safe operation of flights in accordance with aircraft and weather limitations, ensuring aircraft is inspected, loaded, and equipped properly and ensuring compliance and adaptation with the demands of a flexible flight schedule when necessary. Position requires strong communication skills, a flexible work schedule, the ability to travel and conduct oneself in a professional and respectful manner that personifies out company’s values. Job Requirements: PIC: Airline Transport Certificate with Airplane Multiengine Land rating First Class Medical US Passport No Accidents/incidents/enforcement actions 3000 hours total time 1500 hours PIC 2000 hours multi-engine PIC 250 hours PIC in type Preference given to candidates current and typed in the BE400 (Hawker 400XP). Must Live within a 1 hours\' drive of the Leesburg Executive Airport Other Requirements: When performing duties as the second-in-command (SIC): Assist the pilot-in-command during all phases of flight in accordance with company procedures and flight operations manual. Completion of duties as assigned by the pilot-in-command Ensure that manuals and charts are on board the aircraft. Ensures that the aircraft is properly maintained and ready for operation. Maintain clean, stocked aircraft and workplace. Organize catering and other customer specific items are on board the aircraft.
