We pay $112,449.98 + 12% super for our First Officers and $175,796.73 + 12% super for our Captains in your first year with generous allowances.

Do Work That Matters
Based in Perth, Melbourne or Cairns, you’ll operate state-of-the-art Challenger 604 jets under contract with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA). From offshore rescues to emergency response and humanitarian aid, your flying will directly contribute to saving lives across Australia’s vast Search and Rescue region.
Your New Role and Responsibilities
As a First Officer in our CL604 fleet, you’ll:
Conduct search and rescue missions in dynamic, time-critical environments
Operate advanced mission systems with precision and teamwork
Maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism
Support aircraft readiness and mission planning with your crew
Contribute to ongoing innovation in SAR capability
What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (some nationality restrictions apply under ITAR)
Australian CPL(A) and MEA Instrument Rating
CASA Class 1 Medical
Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC)
2000 hours total flying time (including 500 hours command/ICUS and 500 hours multi-engine, or at least 250 hours turboprop or Grade 1 FIR)
Ability to reside within 30 minutes of your assigned base when on night standby
